NEW YORK, May 31, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Buck, an integrated human resources, pension and benefits administration, technology and consulting firm, has been named a Platinum Winner for Creativity (Web Design) at AVA Digital Awards 2022, an international competition that recognizes excellence in digital communication planning, concept, direction, design and production, and also received a Gold Quill Award for Communication for the Web from the International Association communication professionals (IABC).

Measurement and tracking analytics also allow the team to actively monitor engagement and tie benefits usage to wellness outcomes.

“Lockheed Martin identified the opportunity for an intuitive benefits site that leverages design and personalities to create an interface that allows all users easy access to their insurance, wellness and benefits. financial benefits,” said Rich Beck, Director of Benefits at Lockheed Martin. “Feedback on the site has been overwhelmingly positive, and we’ve seen high employee engagement and greater uptake of our benefits offerings.”

“Working with the Lockheed Martin team, we developed Benefits Compass to help employees navigate a complex benefits ecosystem spanning multiple systems,” says Leah Reynolds, Director of Buck’s Engagement Practice and Account Manager for Lockheed Martin. “The new site is easy to use, giving employees the personalized information and tools they need to make the best life decisions.”
